Who we are

G7 Inline Skatefest is organised by Game Seven. If you have a question about your details, call or WhatsApp 0728 384 927.

What we collect

When you register an athlete we collect: name, date of birth, gender, nationality, residential address, club, coach, race category and entry type; the athlete's email and phone number; next-of-kin or guardian details (name, relationship, phone and email); and, for athletes under 18, a parent or guardian's permission.

We also collect a passport photo and a copy of an age verification document (passport, national ID or birth certificate). These are kept in private storage and are used only to check age and identify the athlete.

You can also choose to tell us about medical conditions so the first-aid team can help on race day, and whether you'd like to be added to the event's WhatsApp group.

Payment details (M-Pesa number or card) are entered on Paystack's secure page. We never see or store them; we keep only the payment reference, amount, currency and time.

Why we use it

To process the entry, place the athlete in the right category, contact you about the race and payment, keep athletes safe on race day, and prepare start lists and results. If results are published, they show the athlete's name, category and club.

Who can see it

Only the Game Seven race team. Once an entry is paid, its details are added to the race team's private registration spreadsheet.

We use trusted service providers to run the registration: Supabase (database and file storage), Paystack (payments) and Google (the race team's spreadsheet). They handle your details only to provide those services. We don't sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep registration records while we need them to run this event and plan future editions, and delete them sooner if you ask.

Remembered on your device

If you tick “Remember these details on this device”, the athlete's details (not medical notes, files or consents) are saved in your own browser so the form fills itself in next time. They stay on that device: tap × next to a name on the registration form, or clear your browser data, to remove them.

If you've registered before, “Find your details” can fill the form in on any device when the email, the athlete's date of birth and last name all match a previous entry.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you or your child at any time. Call or WhatsApp 0728 384 927.
